Core Competency #11: Managing Progress and Accountability-
Did you know that the word “accountability” is often disliked or hated by your clients? So why do so many coaches use it, as in the question, “How can I hold you accountable?” And, how do you manage progress over time? You’ll learn how to masterfully work with clients in a positive manner to do both while not having to use any of those words. And as a bonus, you’ll learn how to end each coaching meeting with an authentic and affirming personal message for each client without cheerleading!
We’ll also connect this core competency with the PCC Markers and see how the last three core competencies have been bundled to provide a natural flow in assisting our clients to move forward with their desires.
