Good Vibrations: Engaging Spirit in Coaching
by Kathy Harman, MCC
September 20, 2018
6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Valley Forge Radisson Hotel
Spirit in coaching? Is this more of that woo-woo talk? Actually, spirituality is a big part of masterful coaching, and coaches who are interested in mastering their craft take it very seriously. When you engage Spirit in the coaching conversation, coaching becomes almost effortless, and the client gains deeper insights and more sustainable results. In this interactive workshop, Kathy will explore what spirituality in coaching means, why it's important, and how to engage spirit in your coaching meetings. Participants will then experience a spirited coaching conversation first-hand. It's time to let go of the taboo on the word "Spirituality" and add it to our coaching lexicon!
