Mindful Leadership Consulting's next Group Coaching Supervision session is on August 4th from 1-3pm EDT. This is a great opportunity to reflect on coaching cases together with colleagues to gain insights into your work with clients. The coach participants from the last session shared that the group reflection approach, or group presence, as Lynne De Lay and Ken Giglio call it, enabled “thought partnership,” “many Ah-Has,” and “new ways of understanding myself as a coach and my clients.” If you are an internal or external coach looking to bring your best coach self to your clients, join us in reflective dialogue and experience the power of group supervision! We are accepting a max of 12 coaches for this session, who have at least 3-years of experience and ACC accreditation. Coaches can sign up when they wish and as often as they wish.
