Many of you may be familiar with the Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy (PSPS) as the premier organization for the exchange of knowledge among Greater Philadelphia Region’s human resource and business leaders. The mission of the PSPS is to create a network of business leaders focused on strategic human capital initiatives.
PSPS is conducting their 15th Annual Leadership Forum on October 7, 2021. The event features Jennifer Moss, an award-winning journalist, author, and international speaker on the topics of happiness and workplace wellbeing. Jennifer has received awards such as the Canadian Innovator of the Year and the International Female Entrepreneur of the Year and has also been the recipient of the Public Service Award from the office of President Obama. She writes for SHRM, Forbes and HBR. Her book, Unlocking Happiness at Work, won the distinguished UK Business Book of the Year. Her next book, The Burnout Epidemic, is launching the week prior to our event. Additionally, her piece on loneliness in the workplace won a journalism award and her article “When Passion leads to Burnout” was one of HBRs top 5 articles in 2019.
Following Jennifer’s talk, forum participants will hear from a panel of local C Suite Executives about how they’ve incorporated Jennifer’s teachings in their companies.
The event will be virtual. Those interested can register here: https://www.peopleandstrategy.org/events/EventDetails.aspx?id=1550107&group=
