Sharon Brokenbough, MBA,ACC, PHR, SHRM-CP President (2022-2025)

I have a strong passion for empowering new, existing and aspiring leaders to reach their highest potential. Not only is the new or aspiring leader often one of the most neglected individuals in an organization, but women often require special support to be heard, recognized and rewarded. Having been in Corporate America for well over 30 years’; I know firsthand the challenges that many face on a daily basis. My personal experiences work to fuel my passion to equip my clients with the tools to overcome any obstacles that may currently stand in their way of being whatever they want to be, without apology, guilt or fear.


Dr. Tina Scott, ACC, LPC, NCP Vice President (2024-2026)

I am a leader in executive coaching and organizational development, leveraging innovative methods that foster personal and professional growth. My background includes two decades of expertise in healthcare leadership and industrial-organizational psychology, as well as adjunct faculty member roles at Temple University and other prestigious institutions.

I teach a diverse range of topics and provide invaluable clinical instruction, shaping the minds of future leaders in the field. I also operate a thriving group practice and host training and development seminars. Through meticulously curated programs, I empower individuals and organizations to prioritize wellness and resilience, blending expert-led sessions with practical workshops and reflective activities.

My dedication to fostering growth extends to innovative initiatives like therapy parties, where participants engage in open conversations and explore personal development topics in a relaxed social setting, and advocacy for mental health awareness.


Linda Marshall, MBA, PCC Treasurer (2022-2025)

As a career and life coach, I draw on an extensive corporate career that leverages a combination of coaching, leadership, and mentoring experiences to support my client’s success. My practice is devoted to leaders and entrepreneurs focused on developing their leadership and management skills to maximize success, and individuals focused on personal and professional transformation.

I meet the client where they are and serve as a co-pilot in guiding them to the best version of themselves. Coaching is a partnership focused on creating a roadmap to success. I use assessments, goal setting, and powerful questions in support of the client’s goals.

My clients have included employees from Fortune 50 corporations, small to medium-sized companies, non-profits, and entrepreneurs. Although their experiences appear varied, there was a common desire to revamp their careers and lives.


Mary Beth Toczek, PCC, CPCC Secretary (2024-2026)

I am a Career & Executive Coach, owner of Honor Your Purpose LLC, and professional who loves working with individuals to provide guidance, tools, and strategies to gain greater success, meaning, balance, and fulfillment in both their personal and professional lives.

My background includes 25 years of leadership across various industries in corporations and non-profits, with roles in IT, project management, training, finance, sales, operations, and consulting. From individual contributor to management, I have been a key influencer in shaping executive strategies and driving initiatives throughout my career.

In my coaching, I draw from these diverse experiences to help clients strengthen their leadership capabilities, navigate competing priorities, effectively overcome challenges, improve performance, bolster self-confidence, elevate communication skills, and achieve goals. I am grateful to have the privilege to support executives, senior leaders, middle managers, and high potentials on their own journeys of embracing new insights and perspectives, reaching their full potential, and building their inner resources for ongoing success.


Margaret Uhrich, MS, ACC, ELI-MP - Member-at-Large (2022-2026)

I have over 25 years of leadership and entrepreneurial expertise gained in the healthcare, construction, pharmaceutical, and technology industries along with an extensive background in training and development.

I am founder and owner of a commercial contracting firm which in 2002 was ranked in the top 10 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies by the Philadelphia Business Journal. I also bring my expertise gained in running my own business to my role as the Managing Director for Talent Development and Coaching with the MidAtlantic Employer’s Association (MEA).

Leveraging my business experience and education, I work with organizations as a Leadership Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator to develop their greatest assets, their people. My unique ability to address the needs of the business while creatively supporting the needs of the individuals or teams I am working with helps achieve both business goals and personal development within organizations.


Steven Jones, PhD, ACPEC, ACC - Member-at-Large (2021-2025)

With two decades of experience in neuroscience and human potential, my journey as an executive coach is dedicated to unlocking high performance and effectiveness in leaders.

By leveraging the power of neuroplasticity, I help leaders achieve remarkable personal and professional growth. Starting at the College of Executive Coaching in early 2020, I have since founded Strategic Pulse LLC, where I empower leaders to create meaningful change through a profound understanding of the brain, leadership development, and emotional intelligence.

My background in neuroscience fuels a deep commitment to advancing the coaching profession and helping others overcome barriers and setbacks. Having faced and triumphed over insurmountable obstacles, I am passionate about guiding others to shift from a problem-focused to a growth-oriented mindset, enabling them to reach their full potential and make a lasting impact.


Federica Sbrenna, PCC - Member-at-Large (2022-2025)

I started my career 20 years ago in the HR Department at Telecom Italia ICT Company, where I soon discovered my passion for empowering people, taking care of people development & management, and managing training.

After an intensive training with the most accredited coaching schools in South and North America and with the support of neuroscience, I achieved my goal to empower people by helping individuals discover what really motivates them and learn how to overcome challenges to live and perform at their best.

I proudly help managers and professionals to gain clarity on their purposes, building confidence in themselves, as well as to forge powerful professional relationships with leadership while improving balance in their personal and professional lives.I have an international and multicultural background that has its roots in university education and direct experience abroad, helping me successfully support clients internationally by leveraging cross-cultural acumen.

As the founder of Leading to Thrive, LLC I focus on elevating emotional intelligence for individuals and organizations through coaching and facilitation. With 12+ years in Aerospace building and leading teams, I leverage my expertise to support executives and leaders at all levels, teams and organizations to lead, thrive and create extraordinary results.

One of my biggest passions is creating accessibility and empowerment, and I teach keys to creating maximum results and effectiveness through emotional intelligence, awareness, communication, giving and receiving feedback, and leadership.I am a mentor coach and coach educator and am currently Director of Executive and Leadership Coaching at Arootah, a NYC-based startup.

I have 26+ years of experience as a leader and director working for a global retail company, and am now the founder and principal coach of GG Coaching & Consulting, a leadership and team development coaching practice.My motivation and dedication to coaching is to enable leaders (at all levels) to be their authentic selves and lead business and people together.

By raising conscious awareness, leaders are empowered to work together to achieve greater results through collaboration, clear communication, intent to action, inclusivity, innovation, as well as showing up holistically in all areas of their life.My approach in life and work is to be curious, believe in people and their capabilities, meet them where they are, build a culture of high trust, and lead through my values.

As a trusted thought leader in Coaching and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), I am dedicated to helping leaders become more inclusive and fostering environments where everyone can thrive. With a people-centered approach, I champion others in their journey to becoming the best version of themselves. I have 25 years of professional experience managing people and processes in human resources, finance, higher education, and the corporate sector.

I have held several progressive leadership roles, including oversight of the campus-wide supplier diversity program for Temple University. In that role, I cultivated stakeholder relationships and utilized my coaching expertise to empower countless business owners to compete for contractual opportunities to substantially grow their companies. I am a lifelong learner with a passion to awaken the potential in others, guiding people out of their comfort zones and towards imagining possibilities.

With 20+ years of experience, I am the founder of There’s Hope Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting, with strengths in visionary leadership, transformational leadership, humanistic executive coaching, and operational excellence. I work with individuals and teams to bring the future of work to you now, and I provide Performance Coaching for a dispersed group of high caliber Virtual Executive Assistants with Athena Executive Services.

My own journey has included multiple promotions and continued education, and I extend my purpose and values-based approach to contribute to the responsible growth of leaders and teams. I am also a lifelong learner committing countless hours to my own personal/professional growth and giving back to my communities.


Allison Moore, LSW, PCC, CPQC - Member-at-Large (2024-2026)

I am the founder of Box52 Coaching and Consulting Services, LLC, where people come to feel better doing work they love. I strive to help women struggling with ADHD, “brain fog,” and other executive function challenges to find simple, actionable solutions for their complex situations at home, school, and work. In addition to individual career-wellbeing coaching, I provide Mental Fitness group coaching, VIA Strengths Team Building sessions, and non-profit consulting services.

Throughout my 25 years of direct service and leadership work in non-profit organizations, I honed an understanding of the critical components necessary to build supportive, energized and productive workplace cultures, one person at a time. This mentality still drives my approach to coaching and the importance of helping people to embody a sense of well-being throughout all aspects of their lives.
