Goals and Objectives

Goal #1: To Expand the Profession of Coaching

Activities in support of this external goal include:

●      Increase Chapter membership and certification

●      Build a strong volunteer base

●      Develop, lead, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

●      Actively engage with other ICF Chapters

●      Develop community outreach and promote coaching partnerships

●      Create opportunities to educate the community on the profession of coaching

Goal #2: To Support Members to be More Successful

Activities in support of this internal goal include:

●      Increase member engagement

●      Execute Member Surveys and incorporate member feedback

●      Provide Thought Leadership and member educational events

●      Leverage resources of ICF Global

●      Provide coach supervision

●      Facilitate internal coffee/connection meetings to share coaching experiences and themes
